Agriculture in Serbia faces a serious challenge – soil degradation. Many years of intensive cultivation, excessive use of chemicals and the absence of organic matter have led to the fact that more than 60% of arable land has a low humus content.
The consequences are increasingly visible: reduced yields, weaker retention of moisture and nutrients, degraded soil structure, reduced microbiological activity and increased sensitivity of plants to drought and temperature extremes.
First step: soil analysis
Agrounik offers a comprehensive service called “SOIL CARE”, which includes soil mapping and sampling, as well as the determination of its chemical, physical, biochemical and microbiological properties. Based on the results, recommendations are made for the preservation and improvement of soil fertility – adapted to each plot.
New technology: Topsoil Mapper and Solo Drill
Soil analysis has been taken to the next level with the introduction of the Topsoil Mapper and Solo Drill. The Topsoil Mapper measures the electrical conductivity of the soil and creates maps of soil zones, while the Solo Drill enables precise sampling without contamination. This approach brings high reliability of laboratory analyses.

Laboratory precision
Analyzes are carried out in the accredited Biounik laboratory, where key soil parameters are tested. Based on these results, recommendations are given for fertilization and tillage, adapted to the needs of the plants on each plot. Farmers receive clear guidelines for the current season, but also for long-term soil fertility.
UNIKER and UNI-MAX – microbiological allies
For soil regeneration, Agrounik recommends UNIKER, a microbiological preparation that contains specific strains of microorganisms, which break down harvest residues and turn them into humus, which restores organic matter and activates microbiological processes. It is especially useful after harvesting wheat, corn and sunflowers.
UNI-MAX is also recommended for soil reactivation – a microbiological fertilizer that, with a combination of beneficial microorganisms and zeolite, improves nutrient availability and soil structure.

For stable yields and resistance to changes
By combining precise analysis and microbiological regeneration, Agrounik provides solutions for sustainable soil fertility – the foundation of stable yields and resistance to climate change.
