KARPO is a biological preparation for thinning apple fruits and increasing the mass of apple fruits, vines and berries.
It contains probiotic bacteria and natural plant hormones (cytokinins, auxins and gibberellins) that enable controlled thinning without phytotoxicity, with an increase in dry matter and fruit firmness, without residues and suitable for organic production.

KARPO is a biological preparation intended for the thinning of apple fruits and the increase of fruit weight in apple, vine and berry fruits.
The preparation contains probiotic bacteria and their metabolites – natural compounds of cytokinin, auxin and gibberellin, which affect the regulation of germination and fruit development. By applying KARPA, a controlled reduction in the number of fruits in the inflorescence is achieved (on average 1–2 fruits remain), which ensures a better distribution of nutrients and an increase in the size of the remaining fruits.
Thinning intensity (16–35%) is comparable to chemical bioregulators, but without the risk of phytotoxicity. The preparation does not leave residues in the fruits and is suitable for use in organic production.
KARPO also contributes to increasing the dry matter content and firmness of the fruits, thus improving their quality and market value.
Karpo is applied when the size of the fruit is 8-15 mm, with the following apple varieties and concentration of application:
For trees with great vigor in full bloom, with abundant flowering and sunny and warm weather, use higher concentrations of the preparation. Its application is not directly dependent on weather conditions.
