We, AGROUNIK d.o.o., Krnješevačka bb, 22310 Šimanovci, e-mail: office@agrounik.rs, as the Personal Data Controller in the sense of the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of the RS”, No. 87/2018), attach great importance to the protection of your personal data and act in accordance with all relevant legal regulations.

Below you can find information about the following types of personal data processing:

  • processing as part of communication with us, via the contact form on the website, e-mail or telephone;
  • processing when visiting the site, through cookies and web analytics tools;
  • processing as part of our activities on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

For ease of reading and better understanding, this document uses the generic masculine gender, with all designations covering all genders equally.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect the following categories of data:

  • Data that you submit to us voluntarily — via the contact form or scheduling an interview: name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, company name and content of the message/query.
  • Data that is collected automatically when you visit the site — IP address, type and version of the Internet browser, operating system, pages you visit, time and duration of the visit, the site you came from, through cookies and web analytics tools (eg Google Tag Manager/Google Analytics).
  • Data from publicly available profiles — if you contact us or follow us through our accounts on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn), the privacy rules of those platforms also apply.

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process data for the following purposes and on the following legal grounds from Article 12 of the Personal Data Protection Act:

  • Answering inquiries and communicating with interested parties — on the basis of taking actions, at the request of the person, before concluding the contract, that is, on the basis of consent.
  • Tracking visits, analysis of use and improvement of site functionality — based on consent (analytical cookies) or Agrounik’s legitimate interest in improving the offer and user experience.
  • Execution of legal obligations (eg in the field of accounting, tax regulations) — based on legal obligation, when applicable.

We do not use the data for automated decision-making nor for profiling that produces legal effects on the user.

4. Cookies

The site www.agrounik.rs uses cookies for proper functioning and for measuring attendance. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device.

  • Necessary cookies — enable the basic functioning of the site and cannot be turned off.
  • Analytical cookies (e.g. through Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics) — are used for anonymized monitoring of visit statistics, in order to improve the content of the site.

  • To the competent state authorities, when it is our legal obligation.

Considering that some service providers (e.g. Google) can process data on servers outside the territory of the Republic of Serbia, such transfer is carried out with the application of appropriate protection measures in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.

6. Data retention period

We store data only as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, i.e. in accordance with the legally prescribed deadlines (e.g. accounting documentation storage deadlines), after which they are deleted or anonymized.

7. Rights of persons whose data is processed

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data and processing information;
  • request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data;
  • request the correction of incorrect or incomplete data;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • object to the processing;
  • request data portability, when technically feasible;
  • revoke the given consent at any time, without affecting the legality of the processing carried out before the revocation;
  • file a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Protection of Personal Data (www.poverenik.rs), if you believe that the processing was carried out contrary to the regulations.

8. Data Security

We take appropriate technical, organizational and personnel protection measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration of personal data.

9. Data of minors

The site is not intended for children under the age of 15, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors without the consent of their parents or legal representatives.

10. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time, about which we will inform users by posting an updated version on the site, indicating the date of the last change.
