SLAVOL S is a liquid biostimulant fertilizer for the treatment of seeds and young plants.

What is the function of PGP bacteria?
PGP bacteria on the root surface establish a specific form of community called an association. It affects the nutrition of plants, because it performs nitrogen fixation, mineralization of organic compounds of nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, produces acids (K, Mg, Fe, B, Al, Mo, Mn) that release microelements from poorly soluble compounds in the soil.
In this way, the association of PGP bacteria increases the volume of plant cells, promotes their division and properly differentiates the curves and organs within the plant itself.
Symbiotic nitrogen fixers form nodules in the roots of leguminous plants (soy, alfalfa, peas, beans, clover) where they perform nitrogen fixation, i.e. they convert inert nitrogen from the atmosphere into NH4+. How does Slavol S isolate PGP bacteria?
Through a series of scientific research projects carried out by the company Agrounik, a unique, biological fertilizer for seed treatment – Slavol S, which isolates and targets PGP bacteria for optimal yield, was developed.
Through the implementation of the “Application of a New Biostimulator in Corn Seed Processing” project, which was financed by the EU and the World Bank through the Fund for Innovation Activities, Agrounik developed preparations for the treatment of seeds of arable, vegetable and leguminous plants.
How does Slavol S liquid fertilizer work?
Our preparation SLAVOL S contains auxin – indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), which is produced during fermentation, as a secondary metabolic product of bacteria, and is analogous to the natural auxin found in seeds.
It was found that the concentration of IAA already in the seed decreases sharply after 2 days from the beginning of germination, which is maintained at a constant low level of auxin during the further period of germination and then growth.
Applying SLAVOL S liquid fertilizer to seeds increases the concentration of IAA, which accelerates the process of germination and sprouting, differentiation of tissues and organs, formation of the root system and later formation of the aerial part of the plant.

Our experiments proved that the application of liquid fertilizer SLAVOL S increases the energy of seed germination, that the sprouted plants have a stronger root system and a larger leaf mass.
Also, the seeds of all plants germinate uniformly and go through phenophases at the same time, which is important for the application of other agrotechnical measures in production. Also, our experiments confirmed that seeds treated with Slavol S liquid fertilizer can be stored for more than a year, which is very important for processing centers.

By applying our SLAVOL S fetilizer to plant seeds, you stimulate germination, sprouting, development of the root system and aerial development of the plant. Indole-3-acetic acid affects the elongation of cells and organs, the growth of the stem, the development of adventitious and lateral roots, as well as the development of conducting tissue.
A stronger root system means a greater ability to absorb nutrients from the soil, which results in better plant nutrition. A larger leaf area enables a more intensive process of photosynthesis, which ensures a greater production of organic matter and a better yield.
Composition SLAVOL S contains auxin-indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), which is an essential plant hormone that regulates all processes of plant growth and development.
Indole-3-acetic acid in our SLAVOL S liquid fertilizer was isolated and identified by analytical chemistry methods. It is a product of the metabolism of bacteria that promote plant growth (PGP bacteria). Indole-3-acetic acid found in SLAVOL S fertilizer is also a biologically active substance.
IAA stimulates all physiological processes in plants, as well as the natural synthesis of auxin, which is a natural product of plants. By applying the optimal amount of exogenous auxin (synthesized only in our Slavol S fertilizer) to the surface of the seed, the performance during germination and seed germination increases.
