Wheat threshing – Recommendations of our expert service

Wheat budding represents the phenophase of growth and development, during which secondary shoots are formed in the budding node.

When wheat reaches the 3rd leaf stage, the budding node is formed and it is the most important part of the young plant, because it contains all the parts of the future, adult plant. The optimal conditions for budding are daily temperatures of 15-17 degrees during the day. This process takes place until the beginning of leafing, when it slows down, that is, it stops altogether.

In the period ahead, wheat is the most sensitive, because the weather conditions are variable. That is why agricultural producers should take the necessary measures in time to achieve the best possible results.

By applying Slavol and Amixol in combination, wheat achieves a good condition for the challenging period ahead. Slavol contains indole-3-acetic acid that easily penetrates through the leaf and reaches the budding node, where the cells divide rapidly and thus larger and better budding occurs. By using Amixol, which contains amino acids of plant origin, there is a direct involvement in the process of protein synthesis.

Application dose is Slavol 5 lit/ha + Amiksol 2 lit/ha. Can be mixed with herbicides.
