Fruit planting is generally done during the rest period, i.e. during autumn and winter, until the spring movement of vegetation. The advantage of planting fruit in the fall is reflected in the better rooting of the seedlings, as well as their faster and more uniform development during the spring. Before the actual planting process, it is necessary to carry out a series of agrotechnical procedures, of which an agrochemical analysis of the soil is indispensable, which producers can do in the Accredited Laboratory for Agrochemistry of the company Agrounik. Based on the results of the analysis, if necessary, soil fertility can be repaired.
The recommendation of the Agrounik company is to use a package of products made for this purpose when planting fruit, with the use of Unimax microbiological fertilizer. The package contains several products with different properties:
ERWIX is a completely natural biobacteria and biofungicide that, through its action, provides effective disinfection of the section of root vessels, protecting the root system from pathogens found in the soil. SLAVOL VVL is a microbiological fertilizer that encourages the growth and development of both underground and above-ground plant parts. AUKSOL is a preparation containing probiotic bacteria that produce the plant hormone auxin. Auxin encourages scarring of the root system, better rooting, and therefore maximum reception of seedlings.
Unimax is a microbiological fertilizer that, by enzymatic processes of bacteria, translates inaccessible forms of nitrogen and phosphorus already present in the soil into forms that the plant recognizes and adopts. Zeolite, which is the basis of each granule, collects and stores moisture in the zone of the root system, which is necessary for the proper growth and development of the plant.
Fruit seedlings must be carefully inspected before planting, and if any defects are found, such seedlings should be removed. Selected, healthy seedlings, after shortening the veins, are immersed in a solution consisting of ERWIX -1 liter, Slavol VVL-1 liter, AUKSOL – 200 ml and 100 liters of water. It is necessary for the seedlings to remain in this solution for 12-24 hours. After removing the seedlings from the solution, planting is started, with the addition of 100-150 grams of Unimax fertilizer in the holes.
