1. General Provisions<\/h2>

The website www.agrounik.rs (hereinafter: “Site”) is owned and managed by AGROUNIK d.o.o., Krnje\u0161eva\u010dka bb, 22310 \u0160imanovci, Republic of Serbia, MB: 17409891, PIB: 101540963.<\/p>

By accessing and using the Site, you are deemed to be familiar with these Terms of Use and accept them in their entirety. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, please do not use the Site. <\/p>

2. Site Content and Intellectual Property<\/h2>

All texts, photos, graphic elements, logos, trademarks and other content published on the Site are the property of Agrounik or were published with the consent of the rights holders, and are protected by regulations on copyright and related rights.<\/p>

It is forbidden without the prior written consent of Agrounik to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or otherwise commercially use the content of the Site, except for personal, non-commercial use.<\/p>

3. Use of the Website<\/h2>

The user undertakes to use the Site in accordance with the applicable regulations and these Terms. It is prohibited: <\/p>

    Information about products (microbiological preparations, biofertilizers, seed and soil treatment agents, etc.) published on the Site are informative in nature and do not represent expert advice or a substitute for product instructions. Before applying the product, the user is obliged to comply with the product declaration and, if necessary, consult an expert. <\/p>

    Agrounik strives to keep the information on the Site accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee the complete accuracy, timeliness or completeness of the published content.<\/p>

    The site may contain links to websites of third parties (eg social networks). Agrounik does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their content, privacy policy or practices. <\/p>

    The law of the Republic of Serbia applies to these Terms of Use. In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the competent court according to the headquarters of Agrounik, unless otherwise specified in the regulations. <\/p>
